Bitu-Techno, owned by His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Ben Nasser Ben Abdelrahman Al-Soud. Bitu-Techno is involved in the Oil Blending, marketing, and transportation of numerous petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel and, petrochemicals, asphalt, refined waxes, and lubricants.

Bitu-Techno operates Blending facilities and Emulsion asphalt manufacturing in Jeddah, Jointly with Saudi factories. A joint venture agreement has been signed by BPO and Bitu-Techno for improving the quality, and to increase production capacity for exportation outside the Saudi Kingdom

Bitu-Techno used to export its products of Bitumen, emulsion and cutbacks into reconditioned steel drums, but due to the increase of export requirements, Bitu-Techno jointly with BPO build a loading site to export liquid Bitumen Cutback (MC-SC-RC) into Flexitanks with many storage facilities.
