USES
ROOFGARD is designed to waterproof and protect built-up roofs,
metal roofs, modified bitumen roofs, exterior foundation walls,
concrete decks and walls, valley gutters, etc. ROOFGARD can be
used to restore and waterproof either existing roofs or new cold
applied roofs. Roofgard can withstand only normal structural or
thermal expansion and contraction.

APPLICATION
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned
and should be free from dirt, debris, loose gravel, scale, etc. It
should also be dry. If the surface is brittle asphalt ,
prime with BPOCOPRIME and allow to cure to tack free. Repair all
blisters, cracks, splits, torn-up flashing or any other defects
prior to coating. Apply with roofing brush, squeegee, or airless
spray equipment at the recommended coverage rates.
Used for application in conjunction with membrane as
Built-up-roofing or capsheet.
DESCRIPTION
ROOFGARD
is a high quality, cold applied, fibrated waterproofing coating
formulated with select ductile bitumen, blended with pure
petroleum solvents and compounded with reinforcing fibers, gelling
agents, mineral stabilizers and a special adhesion additive.
CLEANING
Tools : Clean with kerosene
Hands : Use a hand cleaner or kerosene followed by soap and water.

HEALTH
& SAFETY
Contains petroleum distillate;
flammable; keep away from open fire, sparks or other ignition
sources. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles.
1 . Fire - Flammable when wet, flash point 40 °C.
2. Skin - Avoid repeated or prolonged contact; if contact occurs
remove with hand cleaner that removes oil or grease; then clean
with soap and water.
3.
Eyes-Contact could cause irritation. If contact occurs flush with
clean water.
4.
Inhalation - Can cause dizziness. Remove to fresh air and if
breathing difficulty persist administer oxygen.
