Procedure
From
the long experience of BPO in the field of oil business, we have the
pleasure to state herein the procedure that would be acceptable to BPO
to conclude any Sell & Purchase deals:

As
Buyer:
|
|
|
Being
BPO have processing agreement with some refineries in Africa & Europe,
therefore we only accept to purchase Crude Oil directly from producer. We do
not accept offers issued via trading company. We can accept to process in case
Trading Company accept to assign the original contract in favor of BPO against
specific benefit to contract holder. |

Buyer:
|
|
|
BPO
only accept to purchase Refined Oil Products directly from producer. We do not
accept offers issued via trading company unless the trading company “
Contract Holder” accept to assign the original contact in favor of BPO
against specific amount of commission to be paid to contract holder upon each
successful shipment. Intermediaries and/or brokers will be protect by BPO.

Buyer:

BPO
have distribution agreement with Petrochemical & Chemical producers in
Middle East, Iran, Africa, Korea, & China. Beside that, we are ready to
deal and purchase and commodity directly from producer on Exclusive Agent
Agreement Term.

As
Seller:
|
|
|
We
are ready to sell our range of products to end users as direct connection or
via trading company as intermediary dealer not as buyer. Brokers or Trading
Company whom accept to link us directly to end-users will be protected by BPO
for their benefits, and they will come as BPO Mandate upon successful
conclusion of the deal.

As
Buyer |
|
|
We
have specific agreement with Lubricants Blending Companies; therefore we
source our products exclusively from our Blenders.
|
|
As
Seller
|
|
|
We
can supply Lubricant products as per our Blender Logo, and/or as per
clients packaging and logos. Brokers or Trading Company whom accept to
link us directly to lubricant distributors will be protected by BPO for
their benefits, and they will come as BPO Mandate upon successful
conclusion of the deal.

is already registered at many refineries and receive its monthly quota. So
we do not accept to source our products via trading company.
|
|
As
Seller:
|
|
|
We
are ready to sell our range of products to end users as direct connection
or via trading company as intermediary dealer not as buyer. Brokers or
Trading Company whom accept to link us directly to end-users will be
protected by BPO for their benefits, and they will come as BPO Mandate
