You are kindly requested to supply us with the following information (copy by email / original by mail):

Step 1:  Business Particulars

1- For Companies

1. Date/Place of incorporation of your company along with certified copy of incorporation.

2. Company status: Private/Public Limited/Partnership firm along with details of any owners/partners

3. Details of your business activities with special mention of your interest in Asia

4. Balance sheet for last three years.

5. Banking coordinate details.

2- For Individual :
Personal CV including all information about you, your activity, oil business experiences, Banking coordinate details in addition to below information.

Step 2: Details of business activities:

The following information is required from both companies and individual:

1. Period involved in crude oil / petroleum products trading.

2. Turnover of your company / individual during previous three years and percentage of turnover with reference to crude oil / product activities over total turnover.

3.  For Crude Oil:

a.  Grades of crude that can be offered by you to BPO or sold to BPO by you / your contacts, along with details of parcel size / pricing basis / nature of transaction (term/spot)

b. Grades of crude traded by you / your company during the last three years along with physical volumes / major buyers / sellers nature of transaction (term/spot)

c.  In case of crude oil fields owned / operated by your associate company, we need to know the grades and volumes you / your associate are able to provide BPO during this year.

4. For Petroleum Products:

a.  Products of interest in trading along with details of parcel size / pricing basis / nature of transaction (term/spot)

b.  Petroleum Products traded during the last three years along with physical volumes / major buyers/nature of transaction (term / spot).

5. Details of registration with other oil buyer / seller companies along with copy of registration or mandate letter.

6. Experience References - Names & contact details of three (3) persons from 3 different reputed organizations in this business, with whom you deal with regularly.

Step 3:  Confirmation letter addressed to BPO :

In addition to your reply to the above information, you are kindly requested to submit with your documents an official letter as confirmation from your side to the following points:

1. That you have been in oil business for at least 3 years.

2. Your contacts that will be linked to BPO are genuine and you have fulfilled with them previous deal(s).

3. That you will not circulate the Soft offers or draft contract or any information that will be provided to you directly by BPO, or being downloaded from BPO website.

4. That you will work steadily with BPO according to the sale & Purchase procedure that published at BPO website.

5. That you confirm under penalty of perjury that any and all information written in your statement are real and you undertakes to provide BPO with only real contacts that known by you as buyer and seller and that you have already concluded business with them.
