Introduction
DADCOFLEX is an excellent cold applied water proofing
coating formulated with rubber (SBS) modified bitumen of
good adhesive properties blended with fast drying selected
petroleum solvents compounded with mineral stabilizers.
The Elastic Properties of DADCOFLEX produces an
outstanding shield protection for any surface by forming a
thick rubber-like membrane that expands and contracts with
the roof surface to prevent cracking &
peeling at extreme temperature changes.
Function
DADCOFLEX is recommended for water proofing of roofs,
bathroom and kitchen floors, maintenance coating for
worn-out waterproofing membranes, protection of exterior
foundation walls, concrete decks and
others.
Coverage
Concrete Surfaces = 0.800 - 1.0 kg. per sq.m.
Application
Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust dirt,
grease, and oil. To be applied by brush, rollers,
squeegee's. No heating needed, stir thoroughly before use.
Prime surface with DADCO PRIMER and apply DADCOFLEX after
3 hours.
