This
Gentleman introduced himself to us as buyer and seller for petroleum
commodities, specialized in Iraqi Crude Oil. But during our long
communications with him, we discovered that he was just broker with a
buyer/seller tongues, and all his offers were from non-reliable sources.
We
tried to help him in many occasions, by providing him the priority to
sell our petroleum contracts but he always forget himself as broker and
start to discuss with us as buyer, and starts to put his brokers
procedures, such as NCND, FPI, etc..
We
tried to purchase Iraqi Crude that he got via his contacts. We verified
the documents that he supplied us with Jordan authorities, but we found
it was fraud deal with fake documents.
We
blocked his messages from our inbox, and we informed him officially to
stop communication with us in many occasions. but he kept sending us
fraud offers, therefore we automatically blocked his email address from
our server.
On,
31 March 2004 we received inquiry from Mr. George Hawa of CIG Operations
LLC, informing us that he got immediate buyer for our HSFO contract.
Upon many email messages exchanged between us and Mr. Hawa, we
discovered that his immediate buyer was Mr.
Goeran
Fliege. We informed Mr. Hawa that Fliege will be wasting time, and he
never ever been buyer, but Mr. Hawa insisted that Fliege has contract
with Government to supply HSFO. Therefore we sent to Mr. Hawa our draft
contract in order to be reviewed by Fliege's buyer, but as usual Mr.
Fliege replied to Mr.
Hawa using buyer's
tongue
with comments about our offer aiming to suspect our trustfulness by
pretending that BPO is just Agent of HSFO contract not the contract
holder.
