This
gentleman emailed us a message through a broker called Eric requesting
an offer for LPG Sudan. We issued FCO according to his request since he
was introduced to us as BUYER. We discovered later on that he was
acting as buyer but he is actually a broker. His reply to our FCO was a
request to supply him with full POP:
1-
copy of our contract with shipping company,
2-
copy of insurance policy
3- draft
contract
4-
SGS certification.
5-
copy of allocation.
6-
etc....
That
above request was even prior him or his BUYER sign and seal our FCO or
even to supply us with ICPO presuming that he need those documents to
verify our POP before he transfer it to his buyer.
From
our long experiences we understood that he has no buyer yet and he needs
our POP to circulate on Internet to find buyer “SHOP IT”.
Therefore,
we requested him to put us in direct contact with his buyer, in order we
can negotiate the deal as principle to principle, but his reply was with
immorality with his claim that we are bad seller.
