This Gentleman contacted our representative in Syria, Mr. Mohsen Bahri, and introduced himself as allocation holder for SOMO crude oil contract No; 11/M/54. He also presented full documents that prove his claim. 

Dr. Hoateri begged us to help selling his allocation 11/M/54. Since we do not work as intermediaries Or brokers, Mr. Bahri agreed to help selling the mentioned allocation on Joint Venture basis. We agreed with him on contact terms and sale price, and we were about to sign the final agreement draft with Dr. Hoateri. Also we were about to sign sell & purchase contract with our end user for same mentioned allocation. Recently, we discovered that, Dr. Mazen Hoateri has sold previously the same allocation to many Buyers and that he is trying to resell the same allocation via using BLUE PETROL Oil honesty with our buyers. We also discovered that, there is Interpol investigation and UN involve in this matter too.
