This company was the third party who claims to be the owner of SOMO allocation 11/M/54 while there was negotiation between us and the allocation holder Dr. M. Hoateri to purchase this contract. 

Upon our investigation we discovered that Mr. Azzouz and Mr. Hoateri are partners and they both have already sold this allocation to German Buyer and they are trying to resell the same to our company.

The German Buyer sent us his purchase documentations including his claim to SOMO and Interpol. Also he sent us his full correspondences with Dr. M. Hoateri & Mr. Azzouz which confirm they both were defaulters.
