AQUASHIELD
FX is specially formulated to provide high water vapour permeability
with very high resistance to re-emulsification upon long term
contact with water.
USES

Used
on a wide variety of surfaces including concrete, brick, bitumen
& mastic asphalt membranes, asbestos cement, slates, tiles,
lead copper, zinc, corrugated iron and similar surfaces.

Lining
water tanks. (Not for potable water). Applied on its own or with
an open weave glass mesh.

Also
used to weatherproof exposed insulation, when used with a
reinforcing fabric, as above.

INSTALLATION
APPLICATION
The surface
must be clean, free of dirt, dust and debris, grease or oil. Over
concrete, metal or brittle asphalt surfaces, prime with BITUFAST
before applying ELASTIFLASH. It does not require any heating or
thinning. It can be applied by trowel or putty knife.
DESCRIPTION
AQUASHIELD
FX heavy duty general purpose emulsion coating is a brush applied,
jointless bitumen compound. It is clay stabilized and reinforced
with non-asbestos fiber. It is used wherever extra flexibility and
stability are required.
CLEANING
Tools :
Clean with kerosene
Hands : Use a hand cleaner or kerosene, followed by soap and water.

& SAFETY
Contains
Petroleum distillate; flammable; keep away from open fire, sparks or
other ignition sources. Wear protective clothing, gloves and
goggles.
1 . Fire - Flammable when wet, flash point 40 deg. C.
2. Skin - Avoid repeated or prolonged contact. Remove with hand
cleaner that removes oil or grease, then clean with soap and water.
3. Eyes - Contact could cause irritation. If contact occurs flush
with clean water.
4. Inhalation - Can cause dizziness. Remove to fresh air. If
breathing difficulty persist, administer oxygen.
